‘Beat the Boss’

Starting July 4th, 2010 this promotion will run every Sunday @ 8:00 pm in July.

General Rules:

All players must be using a Player’s Club card to be eligible.

This promotion applies to Texas Hold’em cash games only.

This promotion is open to all patrons who have played in live Texas Hold’em games for a minimum of 10 hours during the qualifying period using their player’s club card.

The qualifying period is from 9:00 pm Sunday night until 7:00 pm the following Sunday evening.  (one week)

Every qualified player is eligible for 1 entry into the drawing for every 10 hours played during the qualifying period. 

Fraction of hours played will be rounded UP.

All eligible players must claim his/her entries into the Beat the Boss promotion at the Poker Room Podium during the registration period, which occurs from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Sunday. 

At the time of the drawing, (8:00 pm), a floor supervisor will pull a ticket.  The winning ticket will be announced a maximum of 3 times in order to give the player adequate time to respond.

This process will continue until 9 different players are selected or the drum is empty.  Any one player can only claim one seat.

Each of the 9 players will receive and play with $2500.00 in tournament chips and may only wager tournament chips during the game.

The Boss will play with $2500.00 in real chips and may only wager real chips.  In the event the Boss wins tournament chips, those chips will be removed from play.

Any chips won from the Boss by a player will be his/hers to keep.

The game will be played for a maximum of 2 hours or until the Boss has lost his/her chips to the eligible players at the table.

Winner must be present and all prizes are non transferable.
